We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Vitaphuel. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

📦 Returns

You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility requirements:
    •    Products must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
    •    Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
    •    Opened items are not eligible due to health and safety regulations.

➡️ To request a return, email us at support@vitaphuel.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:
    •    Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:
    •    Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
    •    Email support@vitaphuel.com with your order number, a photo, and a description of the issue.

We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

⌛ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
    1.    Check your bank or credit card account.
    2.    Contact your payment provider (processing can take time).
    3.    Still need help? Reach out to support@vitaphuel.com.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. For exchange requests, contact us directly.

🚫 Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Samples are not eligible for return or refund.

🔒 Return Abuse Protection

To maintain fair policies for all:
    •    We may limit or refuse refunds in cases of excessive return requests or suspected abuse.
    •    Opened, tampered, or bulk-returned products are not accepted.

🔁 Subscription Orders
    •    Cancel future shipments anytime before your next billing cycle.
    •    No refunds on processed subscription orders unless damaged or incorrect.
