🚚 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
    •    All 50 U.S. states
    •    U.S. territories
    •    Select international destinations

📦 Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
    •    Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST typically ship the same business day.
    •    Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
    •    During high-volume times (like promotions or product launches), please allow 1–2 extra business days for processing.

🚀 Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select orders)

FREE standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

📫 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

🚨 Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages
We do our best to ensure fast delivery, but carrier delays (due to weather, holidays, or customs) may occur.

If your package is:
    •    Delayed: Please wait 48 hours past the expected delivery date before contacting us.
    •    Marked as delivered but not received: Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.
    •    Lost or stolen: Contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

❌ Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Vitaphuel is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order.
